Community Garden (Herbal Specialist – Stephanie)

Stephanie – Herbal Specialist & Community Educator

Stephanie Georgieff has a Master of Science in Natural Medicine and has been in practice for over 35 years. While using God's gifts through nature to heal, she has always known that the greatest health comes from a relationship with God through Christ. Stephanie has been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Albania and has served as a missionary with The International Foundation of Saint John in Bulgaria. She is passionate about helping people to recognize the Love of God for his people through his many earthly gifts.

Stephanie is a woman of many talents and a beautiful example of service in action. She travels around the world teaching about natural ways of healing through the herbal essence of life, sharing knowledge on how plants, herbs, and holistic practices can support overall wellness and healthy living.

Here in our local community, Stephanie faithfully serves by baking homemade bread for our unhoused neighbors and supporting street outreach with Saturated in His Love Foundation. She is also a grant writer who helps organizations secure resources to grow their impact and better serve those in need.

We love collaborating with Stephanie as we move forward in expanding our community garden and adding this important educational component to our schools and programs. We believe it is vital to encourage natural health practices—such as eating fresh fruits, understanding organic and holistic healing methods, and learning how to care for our bodies in healthy, sustainable ways.

We are truly excited and honored to have Stephanie as part of our team and mission as we continue serving and empowering our community.

Community Garden Initiative

We are blessed to have a thriving community garden located at Eggman Family Farms and Honey, where we grow fresh vegetables and herbs to support and nourish our community. With the guidance and knowledge of our herbal specialist, Stephanie, we are learning how to cultivate healthy, sustainable produce that not only enhances our farm but also allows us to give back to families and individuals in need.

Our community garden efforts extend beyond the farm. We are honored to collaborate with Garden Grove High School and their educational programs, creating hands-on learning experiences for students. We also partner with local communities, ministries, and preschools—including St. Olaf Preschool in Garden Grove—to teach young minds how to plant seeds, care for growing plants, and understand where healthy food comes from.

This program continues to grow and expand as we reach more schools and organizations. Through our community garden initiative, we aim to plant more than seeds—we plant knowledge, hope, and a deeper connection to healthy living and stewardship of the land.
